À propos de cet audio
Acharya Vinoba Bhave believed that for human welfare it is necessary that there should be social justice and economic equality. Keeping this objective in mind, after the country got independence in 1951, he started Bhoodan-Yagya Satyagraha. The basic principle of the Bhoodan movement was that all the sons of the earth have equal rights towards Mother Earth. Therefore, it is necessary that all the land in the country be redistributed in a fair manner.
How Acharya Vinoba Bhave, awarded the 'International Ramon Magsaysay Award' for community leadership in the year 1958 and 'Bharat Ratna' in the year 1983, traveled miles on foot and distributed about 35 lakh acres of land among the landless poor among more than three lakh donors. You will find the description of this journey in this book 'Acharya Vinoba Bhave'.
