My first book about drinking!

I have felt like I needed to stop drinking for quite awhile now. Didn't know where to go and really didn't want anyone to know. That's when I saw your audible book. Well done I enjoyed it. I put a label on my wine bottle saying Poison! For me to see daily! Thank you. Fingers crossed!!

Informative

These are very similar thought patterns to Allen Carr's book. I have been needing to quit drinking permanently but kept slipping back to unhealthy learned behaviors as alcohol is an issue in my family and my mom has been sober for years and my dad is still a daily drinker. this helped remind me not to be so hard on myself and that lots of people slip back and have to start over, and it's never too late to quit. The narrator/author is also easy to listen to. Great read, and I learned a lot.
