I have used the original Allen Carrs book to stop smoking cigarettes then made the mistake about 7 years ago to start vaping. But, after re-reading this book but, hearing it as vaping nicotine made it easier to rewire my brain and get out of the trap. You really have to take this book with an open mind as they state through out the book cause let’s face it if you don’t you’ll ultimately fail. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did and also as I’ve learned there’s no harm in re-reading it to just help keep the worry away from the addiction of smoking.
