it's a blessed book!
Am sure Mr Carr is in heaven now and rewarded for his really Easy Way to quit smoking! for 25 years I never attempted one day to quit smoking because I never believed what mum used to tell me: you don't have enough Will! and I always answered it's not about will power but I just can't! untill my friend whom I knew years ago and never knew she was a smoker (2 packs/day) until she heard my wife advising me to quit smoking and I've shown weakness, when she my friend admitted she was a smoker and told me how she quit. I bought the book right away as a reference and bought the audible version as I drive a lot and listened to it and there you go: game over I quit for the first time and for good!
Narrator is great I loved his style! my whole experience is just awesome! For those afraid or scared don't worry you'll get to smoke during the whole book untill the end while enjoying learning and discovering the Miss conceptions all these years!
Allen Carr is genius, trust him and set yourself free from misery :)

Way too long
I was so bored waiting to hear the secret to quitting. If I could have skipped ahead I would have. Not worth it IMO.
