Hopefully not… the finally
As with his past books, wonderful story-telling. Great narration. I especially appreciated Dr. Marsh’s opining on the merits of assisted suicide.

Finally
Finally(for me) someone to whom I can relate to as a retired physician who is struggling with similar issues as this good doctor. And indeed he is a good doctor, honest, and learned. He has written a wonderful memoire and I am glad he is the reader.
