An outstanding book for all mothers to be active mommies. Read this book and you will learn on how to detect if you’re burned out and how to correct that. The author did a phenomenal job of preaching self-care, balance and the power of positive thinking. What this book taught me is that it is normal to feel stressed and overwhelmed, but it’s a conscious choice, and there are several ways to alleviate that pain. My favorite part of the book was Chapter 7 which discussed the power of pausing. That is an exceptional technique all of us humans need to practice.
