overall good book

it is a past to present book. it was put together well. the narrator did a good job with the voices. the ending was a surprise. would recommend.

Great Story Line, Meh Ending

Great story. Well written. However, ending was lackadaisical. Almost feels like their should be a part two.

a fun story

this was a fun story especially after a slew of smutty fantasy novels. well written. good character voice. classic arc. women empowerment. and, Nicola Coughlan is an absolutely perfect narrator. I actually found this book because of the last audiobook she voiced.

not a huge twister

it was an alright story..but nothing compared to what ive read previously. a little boring and the "twist" isnt really gripping enough to be honest

I actually loved this story!

As other said - a slow burn, but the narrator is EXCELLENT - and I didn’t see that twist coming until … well until it was pretty obvious. Karma. Heh 😏 Nice! Excellent characters and I could really relate to the the protagonist. Well done!

Very intriguing and a unexpected ending

The ending was very unexpected but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I felt very close to the main character, cringing at times during the book when she was being treated poorly as I was feeling her pain. Very easy listen!

Slow burn

It took a bit to get into this one...maybe it was the flipping back and forth between timelines which normally isn't a issue. The ending had a nice twist. Good story but not really memorable.

amazing listen

Narrator and story are excellent. loved the characters and the different timelines. i found this to be a captivating listen.

Love the narrator

This book had no plot, threadbare story. I skipped through large chunks waiting for something of interest. Didn’t make it to the end
