I liked the skill and character development. my only gripe is that it would have been amazing to extend the book 6 hours and end with an absolutely smashing battle!!! Enough action occurred to keep me placated; but I take 1 star for coming so near to awesome before closing the book.

Anyone else getting tired of LitRPG’s ending their books right at the climax to sell the next instalment? I like the story and narration so far but damn is it getting annoying when almost every litRPG pulls this stuff.

the only problem I had with this book was the stats. they got a full read way too often in this release.

The author started beating some in-universe metaphors to death and it's somewhat annoying. Muck grabber, hear me, the castle bear has blood in its eyes and I would give a grand insight.... X1000
