Included in this book is everything Dave outlines with his students in his 1 on 1 coaching sessions, except this time it's a one-hour book that costs less than your lunch. A strong mix of concise information and in-depth exercises, you'd be hard pressed to find better value for your time. If anything, it should be a strong advertisement for his coaching services, which I wholeheartedly recommend.
