À propos de cet audio
Have you ever been a victim of traumatic situations or events? Was the situation far too much for you to be able to deal with or handle? Many people end up being victims in life of many different things from accidents to break-ups or bad relationships. People often have unresolved emotions and traumas from these situations and didn’t get a chance to heal these situations. As a result, they end up becoming what they feel are victims who end up being in endless cycle of numerous repeat patterns of the same recurring event. It’s important to focus on healing from a negative event or circumstance and also not perceiving yourself as a victim and having a positive perception of the situation.
Being a victim doesn’t have to mean a negative connotation or something that is life-changing, ruining or damaging to a person. being a victim can be an empowering scenario that allows a person to use their situation to become a better person, grow and learn life lessons, and understand that they are survivors and not victims who are weak, angry confused or associated with any negative aspects. There are many negative aspects of victimhood and people often think of victims as weak, traumatized, bitter, angry, isolated, confused people who are in need of help or healing. This doesn’t have to be the case. It’s important to change your perceptions and perspectives of the situations, heal yourself fully and become a happy whole person from the negative situation that you felt ruined your life in some way. Learn to heal from victimhood and be the positive, happy, amazing person you were meant to be and always were.
