À propos de cet audio

"AI is no longer a race between countries — it’s a race between companies.”

This is a reality check by the phenomenally talented Founder-CEO of PIT Policy Lab Cristina Martinez Pinto, speaking to Say Again Podcast host and author Amrita Tripathi from Mexico City.

Cristina is the CEO and Founder of the Public Interest Technology Lab (PIT) Policy Lab, a Responsible AI Fellow at Stimson Center and a very talented tech policy entrepreneur.. .She’s been named on a list of 100 Top Women in AI Ethics!

This engaging conversation covers the gamut of geopolitics, the global south and who has a seat at the table as well as very present-day real-world challenges in a world of inequity -- when big Tech companies have bigger budgets than entire nations.

Towards the second half this conversation gets even more real, with a look at how hyper-focused we can be on our identities as leaders and successful entrepreneurs, and how our health can take a hit from the always-on, always-hustling culture. Cristina Martinez Pinto breaks many taboos by speaking of her own diagnosis of Depression, and what she's learning to value and how she's learning to reassess parameters of success, even while making a strong call for more communities of practice.
