Welcome to Ontario Community Church's Sermon Podcast.
Today, Pastor Patrick Dailey preaches on Revelation 22:1-5 titled: Peace That Flows: From Chaos to New Creation.
What the passage reveals:
- John sees a river of the water of life, sparkling like crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb
- The river flows down the middle of the city
- The tree of life stands on both sides, bearing twelve kinds of fruit every month
- The leaves of the tree are for healing the nations
- No more curse—the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city
- His servants will serve Him and see His face
- No more night—the Lord God will give them light
We'll explore how this vision of peace flowing from God's throne shapes our understanding of what true peace is. The biblical story begins with chaos over the waters, but ends with a river of life flowing from the Lamb. Between those two waters stands Jesus, the Prince of Peace, calming storms, healing wounds, and preparing a world without fear.
