À propos de cet audio

In a new report, the Center for Immigration Studies argues that the 1993 National Voter Registration Act is fundamentally flawed, claiming it can enable voter fraud and lead to non-citizens registering or voting unintentionally. The group recommends revisiting provisions of the law that limit actions seen as discouraging voter registration and calls on Congress to encourage or mandate states to use the SAVE system to verify citizenship for voters and registration applicants. George Fishman, Senior Legal Fellow at the Center for Immigration Studies, joins Newell to explain the report.
