  3. Visualization from Ease: envisioning your day from wholeness and flow
  4. Journaling Practice: intuitive writing beyond logic (timed and guided)
  5. Listening Back: receiving insight from your soul, intuition, and higher guidance
  6. Closing Reminders: your well-being and presence is the greatest gift to the world
  7. Sealing the Practice with Yoga: gentle standing poses to embody and anchor your intentions

The three grounding morning yoga postures: Mountain Pose, Warrior II, and Standing Forward Fold integrate with clarity, strength, and softness all your intentions into the body so you can live your dreams and goals, not just imagine them.
