🌙 Evening Meditation Practice for Deep Rest, Nervous System Reset & Soul Integration, set at 714 Hz Healing Frequency
This episode is arriving a few days early as a holiday offering, released on Friday instead of my usual Tuesday schedule.
This short evening meditation practice is a gentle invitation to unwind, release the day, and return home to yourself. This practice is tuned to 714 Hz, a Solfeggio frequency associated with cellular cleansing, emotional release, intuition activation, and clearing stagnant or heavy energy. The 714 Hz frequency supports the nervous system in shifting out of stress response, promotes clarity and inner harmony, and gently recalibrates your energetic field so the body and mind can move into restorative rest.
