The plaintiffs claim they were effectively evicted and are suing for the return of their security deposit and travel-related damages. The defendant says the plaintiffs left the apartment a mess and is countersuing for window repairs. Plus, the plaintiff says she was driving near her local country club when she suddenly heard a loud clunk. Her windshield had been shattered by a golf ball. She says she tried calling the defendant several times to settle the issue, but he ignored her. She’s suing for the cost of repairs.
