Creativity: Kwanzaa Day 6
In the beginning, God created—and God hasn’t stopped yet.
Creation isn’t frozen in the past.
It’s still unfolding.
Still becoming.
Still being shaped.
And here’s the good news:
we are invited to participate.
Every time we choose hope instead of fear,
every time we speak words that heal,
every time we create something that brings beauty,
we are participating in what God is bringing to life.
As we center our lives in and under the anointing of God’s love,
we are made new. ( 2 Corinthians 5:17)
Just as God once formed us from the dust of the ground,
God now invites us to participate in the work of bringing new life into the world.
Our choices matter.
Our creativity matters.
Our faithfulness matters.
God is making all things new—
and somehow, by grace,
God chooses to make them new with us.
So today, we ask ourselves:
What small act of hope can we help bring into the world?
Because God is still creating.
And we have been invited to take part.

This is 60 Seconds of Hope.
Peace be with you.
