I met Riley in person after this podcast was recorded and himself and all the members of the Fat Fathers Run Club are amazing humans and athletes. They all crushed it out at Cure For Burr in Regina and are great members of the Saskatchewan running community. In this episode we chat about running, triathlons and balancing all of that with family life. Join the Fat Fathers Run Club Wednesday mornings at 4:30 am at Douglas Park Hill in Regina.
