Tisch Blodgett also serves as the governor of the reigning NWSL champions, where she is the lead owner across the business. Under her leadership, the Gotham FC has seen significant growth across fan attendance, revenue and on-field performance and league-record sponsorship deals.
The increasingly popular league is facing challenges, however, as top European leagues and other organizations drive up the price tags for top players.
