À propos de cet audio
The Grimsby series follows the true to life path of oft beloved, and sometimes much maligned, Attorney at Law Grimsby as he navigates through the every day world of the law business in the United States on behalf of every day people whose issues and problems you will likely recognize. Grimsby focuses on trying to "right wrongs".
Grimsby - Beauty and the Legal Beast contains humor, maybe dark humor, detailing smashing successes and some crushing defeats. There is also a love story along the way. This part of the series explores the rapidly disappearing aspects of a regular guy who graduates from law school and "hangs a shingle" maintaining a general practice of law in an increasingly specialized industry.
This novel will be of interest to anyone who has a sense of right and wrong, anyone who knows a man, anyone who has been in a relationship, anyone who is considering becoming a lawyer, or to anyone who has either hired, or has a need to hire, a lawyer because they find themselves with their ass in a sling and need some help. Grimsby is not a "TV lawyer". There are no crack private detectives or investigators involved, there are no smartphone cloning computer geniuses and no street smart, all-knowing ex-con informants and operatives employed. Grimsby and his clients navigate the modern legal system with the sort of resources and assets average everyday Americans have to bring to bear on legal problems.
The Bonus Coverage explores disturbing questions that impact, plague or interest humankind. The Bonus Coverage is designed to provide the book buying or reading public with some additional "bang for their buck." This publication is not for the exceedingly prim and proper. There is a huge likelihood that, in the current climate, the series will be severely slammed, panned and not a slim chance that many will want the entire series outright banned.
"If so, I will accept that as proof that I have done a good job." - G. Emmett Beaver
