For many of you one of the most annoying things that can happen at bedtime is how you can barley keep your eyes open watching a film on tv yet when you get into bed 10 minutes later you find that you are wide awake and unable to get to sleep.
This podcast goes some way to explaining why, remember there maybe other reasons and other things you can do to help, cutting out caffeine enjoyiong a hot bath 90 minutes before bed (watch my videos) but this technique with lighting really does help, sleep is so important on your journey to 100 Healthy Years so anything you can do to improve its quality and duration is a great thing.
