Salmonella causes serious and sometimes fatal gastrointestinal and systemic infections in young children, elderly persons, and others with weakened immune systems. Affected are products with Best If Used By: End of APRIL and MAY 2027.
These contaminated chia seeds were sold nationally through retail stores such as Whole Foods Market and online retailers including Amazon.
