From Grandma to 8 yr old this series was enjoyed by our entire family. Not many books can entertain an 8yr girl and a 13yr boy at the same time. AND as a Mama, I love a good, fun story that also provides excellent life lessons. So many wonderful little nuggets in here. I did find the new voice difficult to follow at times. Mostly due to preference. I had gotten used to the characters voices in the previous recordings, but I understand why it had to be done. However, the quality of sound was not as good as the volume would cut in and out. Still so worth the listen and easily our family's favorite book series this summer!
