This book is excellent, not only for anxiety, it’s a way of learning self compassion, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
Pretty good for a free book in the included book titles.

So practical and easy to follow yet backed up with loads of evidence and facts! Just excellent! I’ve read many books on anxiety and this is definitely one of the best.
