Hit my soul

It was a wonderful story and journey that I could relate to deeply.

I was not a war vet but had a similar upbringing and the author, writes in a fun, engaging, very descriptive way really engaged my whole mind and emotional being. I cried, I laughed, It made me feel connected to myself.
