The Twisted Sisters have won me over ... again
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5
As far as mafia books go, this is top tier. Probably one of the best if not the best I've read. It had some Romeo & Juliette vibes with the rival mafia families, but is more of a beauty and the beast retelling which is my fav type of retelling. I'm talking this book has the wolf scene almost to a T.
There is a fairly big twist that I actually didn't predict, because I wasn't looking too closely to it, but I'm sure some people will pick up on. I anticipate that twist will play out in book 2.
Definitely going to give that a read as well!

Could not stop listening!
I enjoyed the story so much I lost a whole night of sleep! The narration was fantastic and kept guessing what way the story was going even though I knew there would be a HEA. ❤️❤️❤️

Def recommend
I have been on a binge lately and have been having issues enjoying a lot of these types of books. I have issues with the way the bad boy is portrayed and treats the lead woman in the book. but this story did not disappoint. this book has a great story line likeable characters, well written and well placed steamy scenes.

retelling beauty n beast
I enjoyed a good retelling of beauty and the beast since it's my favorite Disney movie they captures the wolf scene good I liked the male dominant role but still a strong female role.

Wished it was longer
Complex and masterfully written, just wished we'd get more details on the jobs to give the story more depth. Also, you cannot simply write-off the main characters' treatment of one another as distasteful. The nuances are intriguing and the whole time I was left wondering how would the 2 MCs fall in love but alas.. Ennemies to lovers. Well done!

Surprisingly good.
I like a dark dark romance. This was pretty dark. Good love story. I like how they didn’t just jump in bed within the first two chapters. Overall, I recommend.

cheesy- corny and just not good
Sorry I usually don't write such bad reviews but i couldn't finish. the narrators were terrible, the story was so cheesy. it was like this was written and performed by a teenager. it felt very comic bookish.
