Loved loved loved the whole 4 prequels, and especially this book. The build up is good and the characters are very lovable.

A pleasant listen. Don't expect historical accuracy in speech as modern phrases slide in here and there. Don't expect to have to think hard or be surprised at any turn of events, but overall entertaining and pleasant. A soothing series of romantic happy endings that start with this first installment. Lovely and light hearted. Narrator is wonderful in how she intones the different characters. Her voice is pleasant and soothing. Better written than many historical romances out there. enjoy!

Rosalyn Landor is excellent as usual. The book is a good one a prequel to the Bridgerton series. Thumbs up.

Overall I loved the storyline, but I really wish there had been 2 or 3 more chapters . Andrew’s reaction to the engagement… what happened to the package? Perhaps some more steamy encounters. I was left wanting more.

Narrator was brilliant as always.

I must admit Georgiana and Nicholas story is probably the only bridgerton/Roksbey story that isn’t my favourite. But this one is for sure my favourite along with Edward and Andrew’s story. It’s such a great listen

Loved the reading by Rosalyn Landor she is a favourite of mine for this era of book. Brought them to life. You can really get a feel for the characters. Of course I have every Julia Quinn book from way back. Just can’t miss!

I have listened to the Bridgerton series and really enjoyed them. Compared to those titles this story falls short. I would not recommend it.
