I enjoyed the stories and the reader. Fairly well written, not exactly cliffhangers, but a good listen for short stories.

Of the four stories in this collection, I solved one of the crimes prior to Holmes setting out his explanation; The other three kept me guessing to the end. The writing certainly has the flavour of the original stories but you can still tell they are not written by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Nevertheless, they were enjoyable in large part because Benedict Cumberbatch does such a good job with the narration. His Holmes, in particular, is superb. No surprise there.
