Disappointed

It was more of a review of studies, then an actual guide to achieve better sex while using mindfulness; not many exercises.

Mindfulness is good for so many things!

This author took a lot of time to research women and their sexuality, and wrote such a thoughtful book about how mindfulness can help with sexual issues

Informational and Thorough

If you're looking for a book of exercises and feel good quotes, this isn't it. But very useful and chock full of studies, explanations, and things to think about. Would definitely recommend.

Great Content for Coaching Couples

Eh...

This book was mediocre at best, performance was lackluster and the information repetitive and basic.
