 As a youth, Henry had been rescued from terrible circumstances by the Delaneys, whose loving care helped to heal his painful memories. A great story, showing real struggles in young peoples and older people’s lives and how God touches each of their lives in many ways through faith in Jesus Christ. Love the Author and love her books. I have been a fan since a young man and now I’m getting up there, 40 or so years later. Janette Oke’s books have helped my faith grow in a real way through out those many years.
