Science based yet fun, enjoyable read

Review of natural treatments for your skin that are scientifically shown to improve elasticity, thickness of skin improve wrinkles etc, and increase localized stem cell production. presented in a fun, engaging way. Most solutions are based on essential oils, supplements or formulas you can make at home using those. This was a quick read as the book is hard to put down, but I'll be listening to it again as its packed with information.
