This helped me to understand that you can't control or even stop all the negative self thoughts. Simply you must learn that how you respond to these is what matters

Loved it and will listen to it again!

I set a goal to listen to one chapter of a book every day and this book is what I started with. This book has filled me with motivation to keep at my goals (big or small) and the tools to help me achieve them (even when I struggle). RECOMMEND!!

Worth the listen, absolutely, but I have run into better literature on the same subjects. that said, I do like how she organizes these episodes.

very helpful!

I took the time to listen to a chapter each morning (as I'm forming the new habit of getting up an hour earlier!) and I found listening to Rebecca a great way to start my day with reflection and intention. Coffee in hand and notebook at the ready I really did get a lot out of this audiobook.

The habits are such a good book. But with Dr. Rebecca Ray. You will learn how to get back on track if you fail and now to be kind to yourself and how to pull yourself together again and again and again.

the content is good, accent is hard to understand

I do like the material however I do find myself multiple times being distracted by her accent I've done my best to overcome that and overlook that however I do find it is something that gets in the way from getting most out of this audiobook in my own personal opinion of course still worth a listen
