Description
When Trooper Bentley Radford apprehends serial arsonist Silas Villard for drunk driving, the officer never imagines that the routine arrest will be the catalyst for a devastating domino effect. Silas is a man who lives by the adage “an eye for an eye,” and he is determined to take vengeance on all those who have wronged him.
