This is one of those rare books where the side becomes the main and the main becomes the side, you expect it to be something. But it turns out to be something even better than what you were expecting. This should be an interesting journey. I would hope that they go into cooking internationally. And not just stick to the Asian cuisine that would make it so much more interesting to see how they do fusion within both earth, food and the food. From around the planet
