Way too much repeated content
I often thought why are the exact same sentences, verbatim, repeated 7 times? Leslie Howard is a terrific narrator but this book is poorly written and frankly not worth your time!

Not Worth It
There is considerable amount of repeated content in each chapter of this book/audio recording. Considering the book is just over 4 hours, if you were to extract the repeated content the book may be an hour in length. The original content in each chapter could easily be found in a Google search, e.g. What crystals align with the Heart Chalkra?
Very disappointed in this purchase.

Reading the dictionary
Although interested in the topic, this book made me feel like I should be taking notes. It is much more a listing of items than a listening guide.
The narrator has a soothing voice which made me continue for longer than I felt necessary.
