I liked the narrator but found the male narrator’s “voices” really hard to listen to. When he was reading the lead it was find but anytime he tried altering is voice for one of the supporting characters the result was usually unpleasant.

This story had potential had time been taken. At the very least follow a realistic in season hockey schedule time-line. This was bad. Expand on introduced events (which never happened) to build relationships between characters. Especially with the child. Honestly, of all the hockey romance genre books I have listened to it was the most poorly written, even the spice was meh because the characters weren't humming. Almost my first DNF but Alex Kydds voice made me contine.
