I kept putting this book off because I didn’t think I could stand the pain of the heartbreak, but it was worth every ache. Although Jesse was a bit of wimp she was still the best thing for Brett. A really well-thought out story not overly dramatic considering the storyline. I purchased the the second book halfway through, I’d like to see how Caleb is finally healed.

I LOVE THIS BOOK SO MUCH! Aly Martines, you created a masterpiece ♥️
Fascinating characters and an absolutely beautiful story, amazingly written, rich in real emotions of love, grief, friendship, hope, and second chances. It kept me engaged every second along the way.

Christian Fox is a phenomena, in every character he’s doing. Lucy Rivers is great, but her male voice is kinda like a “villain in a children’s book”

Also, some parts of this touching story were hilarious in the most realistic way, I couldn’t stop laughing 😂
