I highly recommend Pimsleur cantonese. I've tried several language courses for canto and Pimsleur is SO tight. everything is useful and builds upon itself naturally. It strikes the perfect balance between understanding and aquiring useful phrases in a way you can start practicing with native speakers pretty much day 1.
