I didn't choose this book; it was suggested by my book club buddy. Honestly, I didn't expect much being an agnostic :)
But what a treat! Beautifully written and narrated, it is an excellent way to ease into the Christmas mood for both believers and non-believers.

I was introduced to Jeanette Winterson’s work by my niece. This book is full of her humour, insight, and compassion. Her perspectives on the Christmas season, a well travelled subject, are refreshing and original. The food recipes are a bonus. Recommended.
