Really enjoyed it. I think the authors favorite word is "frescos" or they had a bet with themselves to say it at least 3 times per chapter lol. great story, interesting way to breathe life into a story from long ago.

Narration was beautifully done! The story is about cruel people in a cruel world. I had a hard time trying to relate with Clytemnestra in the first two parts (would've been more interesting from Helen's perspective). Everything after that was as if the author was trying so hard to fight with the myths. I don't think the original myths are well woven into the story, but either info dumped, or twisted to fit a modern justification. Didn't really like it, but didn't really hate it either. Won't be revisiting though.

Its something
The narrator was great, but the story overall was lackluster.
Out of all the myth retellings, this came across as the writer trying really hard to make all the characters around the protagonist horrible to make their main character better. I don't think there is one truly trustworthy ally that they have.
I personally love the original myth, but this retelling tries too hard to make Clytemnestra into something she isnt which makes her an irritating protagonist.
I would recommend reading something else in all honesty.
