This book tells the captivating story of Rich's SEFs from the time he played winner-take-all football with the neighborhood bully, to Bill Russell's offer to play in the NBA. It follows his journey as he developed some of the most successful shopping centers and golf courses in the United States.

In 2012, Rich and Krista Haws lost a son to an accidental drug overdose. What was a catastrophic event became the catalyst for the creation of the Red Barn Academy, a facility designed to help young men overcome addiction, change behaviors and improve their lives.
