female narrator was good. could have lived without the bad New York accent from the male. sounded more like a speech impediment lol the story was pretty good. As someone else pointed out the female lead was irrational.

The story is great but the female lead made the most irrational, dumb decisions I have ever heard. I almost couldn’t finish the story because of her. There were many situations that she put herself in. She did not deserve his love or loyalty with all of the things she did.

The story was good although a bit predictable, could spot the traitor a mile off. Also felt a bit weird that a parent would put their child in some of these circumstances but it is a story I guess.

Could have done without the entire middle of the book, bith main characters absolutely clueless. First and last 20% were interesting but ended up annoyed and skipping through most of it and when I almost DNF’d it got interesting. Don’t even care to find out what happens in the next book ✌🏻
