The focus of this book is to provide you, the listener, with best practices for working with youth and athletes outside of the classroom environment. There are too many kids and athletes not receiving the support they need mentally, academically, behaviorally, and emotionally.
As educators, parents, and community members it is important for us to increase our positive interactions with the youth and athletes within our community to help them experience success across the board. When kids and athletes are mentally balanced, they can become productive members of their communities which can include volunteering, mentoring younger kids, building their own businesses, and much more.
