Description
Brian Keppler, owner of Ground N'At, the coffee shop beneath SR Anderson Consulting, doesn't have time for a relationship. Thank for including bisexuality!
This one was so different cat n the way Brian had only been with women. My favorite part is when he told his family he was dating a man. I wish every family was this excepting and it made me laugh. I didn't want it to end. I hope there will be more in the series and that Iggy Toma continues narrating. He is now one of my favorite voices to list to and makes all of this series incredible!!!

great. ending to the series!
I really enjoyed this series.. And that book was a great way to end it, with all the previous characters having some part in the journey of the 2 new characters.. really well done.

Sweet love story; delightful characters
This was the lightest emotionally of all the books (in comparison - there is complexity in the characters and their stories). It’s also more intro in terms of the k*nk while continuing to be quite spicy due to learning and exploration.

DNF....drags and too cliche
This book didn’t work with the mood I was in. I thought it was going to have a bit of mystique or intrigue because it was over 11 hours long, but almost half way in and nothing. It’s also not a very good love story. Way too long, drags and boring.
I found the book repetitive, almost trying to evoke some emotion that it failed to. How many times must we hear him say he’s bi, but yet this is the first time he’s done anything with a guy all because he admired men from a far. Why this determination to continually claim he’s bi, he could just be attracted to the person, not their gender, but throughout the half of the book I listened to, it’s drilled that he’s bi and though he has NEVER done anything with a man, he apparently has this horrible past of gay men looking down on him because he’s bi. He even thinks that just because his parents go to church they may not take to him being bi well. Um, Communication !!! So many preconceived notions in this book.
This book was very similar to another book, I cannot remember if it was this author but, like that book, it was way too long and more like watching someone’s regular life. Way too much internal dialogue and the love story wasn’t epic or even a bit deep.
Even the reveal to his parents was?? This whole “everyone needs to accept it before i commit” made me rolled my eyes and sigh.
I didn’t get why we needed to be introduced to the ex, or why she randomly came to the store to show off her engagement ring days after it happened, though they haven’t kept in touch and aren’t friends. She came in, made sure her ring was seen, to tell him she’s now engaged, buy a cup of coffee, tell him to work less and then leave....what? Would have been better if she was a b*tch or came to rub it in his face but the passive aggressive thing is off putting.
This book tries for a no angst fairytale love, but there are no deep emotions being evoked by the book, not even an awww, that’s cute or sweet.
I’m usually an iggy toma fan, but even though he was somewhat ok with the British accent when rob was speaking, he completely abandoned it when rob was thinking, so it was hard to distinguish the two, especially since the author didn’t separate the chapters so that each main got a chapter, so the switch back and forth in whose perpective we were listening to ...and lack of accent to distinguish between the two, made each chapter a jumbled mess. Iggy’s voice didn’t seem well suited to the characters either, almost too young.
If you are wanting to read a gentle, non exciting, fairytale romance this book is for you.
