I have chronic pain, so any 'tough' day seems overwhelming for me. I decided to sit down and listen to it in 1 sitting on a particularly rough day. So many times I felt like God was speaking directly to me through Ms Carter's words. I would stop the recording and pray. I think the only thing that would've made this short book perfect was that there would be a prayer for each day. I feel blessed listening to this book.
