It was not written by the founder and stories written by a third person are often shallow and this one was like that. A good overview of his career but I was not able to learn enough on the thinking, strategies and mindset of the founder. I had to force myself to stay engaged. I was looking to learn and not only to hear a good and encouraging story. It is however impressive to see what he has done, better than not knowing anything about a person like him.
