The story was okay, the father was insufferable, both the voice actor and the character himself. All the other narrators were fine but the male narrator was smacking his lips and you could hear him inhale every other sentence. I did not sign up for a "Mouth Noises ASMR" audiobook. His character was similarly annoying, but more because of his constant victim attitude.

It was a struggle to finish this book. The male narrator was irritating and I found it really detracted from the book. Overall I would have to say this is one of the worst I have read. Not a good start to my introduction with audible. I wouldn't recommend this book to anyone.

I absolutely cannot stand the character Matias in this book I want to reach through this book and slap them not recommend it not a good story save your money
