exhale your anger?!
How about having compassion for your anger and using the energy in a way that serves? Denial, empty affirmations...I wanted to dig this book, but it wasn't for me. If affirmations and attempts to talk yourself out of what you feel somehow work for you, give it a listen.
I prefer Pam Grout's" E-squared "and it's quantifiable practices that don't require futile attempts to talk oneself out of feelings that are messengers.
Also, "Feelings Buried Alive Never Die" (FBAND) is an excellent book to deal with various feelings. Warning: FBAND has some mildly flaky stuff but it WORKS.

This book exceeded my expectations! It is a must read! I have this book in both written and audible. Both very powerful! However, being able to listen to the audible version for a couple of hours at a time while I am busy working has made a huge impact on my attitude.
