Not bad but nothing I haven't heard before

More realistic method but too short
Bery good tips and method. Better and more reakistic to me especially for decluttering the schedule and paper. However i would have expected a bit more in depth information about how to make decisions to keep or not.

Short, but a good way to get started.
If you’ve wanted to declutter for a long time, just put this on and it’ll help get you get off the couch and get started. But it’s quite short and not really in depth. At one point she shows a bit of shade to Marie Kondo, and yet Kondo’s method was way more helpful, methodical, empathetic, and incremental in my opinion. This is a short listen and I think it’ll help just give you the motivation to start. Put it on your headphones, get a trash bag and just walk around the house throwing away trash (only actual trash! Don’t start decluttering until you listen to the audiobook at least halfway through). It’s like less than 2 hours long so this is really more like a podcast style introduction to decluttering. It’s not bad but it’s not amazing.
