Good advice in the beginning and it does put you to sleep. However, you’ll only be in a deep sleep while it’s playing! I monitor my sleep with my Apple Watch and from my experience, I never went into a deep sleep after it finished playing! On nights I didn’t listen to it, I would go into deep sleep several times throughout the night. If you’re having trouble getting to sleep initially, it will help you.

Glenn's hypnotics send me to sleep every time. Unfortunately I wasn't aware there are 2, approx. 30 min, sessions and after the first one sent me off to sleep his voice started the next session woke me up! I wish there was a way to stop the audio automatically after one session...but that being said I really like this 'book'. it works.

This didn’t make me fall asleep. He is just repeating garbage that is not unique nor relaxing
